Cumbria Police are appealing for information after a car collided with a pedestrian in Cockermouth.

At 7.45am today (Wednesday, October 2), a blue car and a pedestrian were involved in a collision on Lamplugh Road near the Stan Palmer Honda site. The pedestrian, a woman in her 20s, went to hospital to be checked after the incident.
