Police hunt for Essex man who goes by two names that breached his court order
Essex Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate David Borkwood. They want to speak to him in connection with a breach of a court order.
Borkwood is described as a white man of a medium build. He is about 6ft tall, with some grey/blonde hair.
David Borkwood also goes by the name of David Chuter. The 60-year-old has connections across Southend, Clacton and Basildon.

A spokesperson from Essex Police said: "We are appealing to anyone who knows of Borkwood’s whereabouts to contact us. You can let us know by submitting a report on our website or by using our online Live Chat service which is available 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week.
"It can be found at the bottom right of our homepage at www.essex.police.uk. Alternatively, you can call us on 101, citing incident 42BZ/3552/21."
