Police in Spain are hunting for a British teenager who vanished in Majorca more than three weeks ago.

Emina Ilora Alice Winterbottom, 15, was last seen in Palma on August 31, according to reports.

Her parents alerted police when she did not return home but the teenager remains missing.

Sources at the Policia Nacional, leading the investigation, told The Olive Press they consider the case to be “disturbing and of the highest priority.”

According to social media accounts, Emina was born in Manchester but lives in Palma.

In a missing person’s note, she is described as 5ft7 tall with “long chestnut hair and big green eyes.”

Detectives are appealing for anybody with information on her whereabouts to call 091 as soon as possible.
