Police are growing 'increasingly concerned' about the whereabouts of a missing 16-year-old girl. Alex, from Leek, was last seen by the British Transport Police at Manchester Piccadilly Station at around 7pm yesterday.

But she has not been seen since. Now police have issued a description of missing Alex.

Alex is described as white, around 5ft 7in tall, of a slim build, and with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white fluffy coat and grey leggings. She also wears fake eyelashes."
