The image of a man has been released by police officers who are investigating an assault on a woman at a Nottingham music venue. The victim, who is in her 50s, was watching a gig when a man repeatedly fell into her.

She asked him a few times to give her some space but the man carried on stumbling into her, as well as waving his arms over her head. CCTV shows the woman eventually push his arm away, prompting the man to assault her.

The incident happened shortly before 10.30pm on December 12, last year, at a music venue, located off Goldsmith Street. Officers have been attempting to trace the man in this image and are now appealing for the public’s help.
