Police launch search to find missing Irvine man Brian Kennedy

Ayrshire Police officers are this afternoon seeking the assistance of the public in an effort to trace a 47-year-old man missing from Irvine.

Brian Kennedy was last seen by neighbours around 7pm on Sunday, September 15.

He is described as white Scottish, around 5’7”, balding, with facial hair (similar to the image above.)

He was last seen wearing a black skip cap, a yellow Brazil T-Shirt with the Brazil logo on the chest area, black Adidas tracksuit with red, green and yellow stripes and grey Nike trainers.

Brian has access to a motor vehicle (similar to that in the image below) - registration SB58 MMO. He may also be in possession of a blue, orange and grey fishing rucksack - and have access to camping gear.

Extensive enquiries are underway which have so far revealed that Brian may have been in the Troon area in the early hours of Monday, September 16.
