Police plane circles Stoke-on-Trent as quad biker arrested
A quad biker has been arrested as part of a police operation targeting off-road vehicles. Staffordshire Police deployed a plane above Stoke-on-Trent yesterday following constant complaints about off-road bikers.
A police spokesman said: "We have been working to tackle off-road bikes. The rider of this quad bike was arrested for dangerous driving and other document offences. They were also wanted by Staffordshire Moorlands local policing team for the alleged theft of a motor vehicle."
