Police release CCTV of man following assault and robbery in Glasgow

Police Scotland have released a CCTV image of a man they are keen to speak to following an assault and robbery.

The incident happened on Friday, October 4, at around 12.29pm at Govan Road, Glasgow.

Officers from Police Scotland believe the man could assist them in their ongoing enquiries and are appealing for the male himself or anyone who may recognise him, or has information about this incident, to get in touch.

The man is described as being white, approximately 5’10” in height and of slim build. He was seen to be wearing a black beanie hat, a black jacket, navy tracksuit bottoms and white trainers. He was in possession of a blue carrier bag and a yellow carrier bag which he carried over his shoulder.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "I would urge the male pictured or anyone who may recognise him to contact us. If you have any information about this incident, please get in touch as soon as possible”.
