Police release CCTV of three people after fire at underground car park in Glasgow

Police have released CCTV footage of three people after a blaze at an underground car park in Glasgow.

Emergency crews were called to the fire at the facility on Barrland Street in the Pollokshields area of the city at 1pm on Saturday, March 30. Officers investigating the incident believe the three people - two men and a woman - will be able to assist them with their inquiries.

The first man is described as being between 5ft 10in and 6ft in height, of average build and with brown hair. A the time of the blaze, he was wearing a black jacket with a grey upper half, a black tammy hat, black tracksuit trousers and black trainers.

The second man is described as being between 5ft 10in and 6ft in height and of slim build. He was wearing a snood over his face, a black jacket with the hood up, black tracksuit trousers and black shoes. The woman is described as being between 5ft 5in and 5ft 7in in height and of slim build. She was seen wearing a black hooded jumper with the hood up, black leggings and white trainers.

The three individuals, or anyone who recognises any of these people or who has any information regarding this incident, is urged to contact police on 101 quoting reference 1683 on March 30, 2024. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
