Due to having no confirmed last sighting, police say they are unable to confirm what clothes Bob may have be wearing.
Bob generally keeps himself to himself but is well-known in the local area. He often walks in the area of Duff house and is a keen fisherman.
He is also known by local golfers as he returns their lost golf balls which he finds when out on his walks.
Detective Inspector Andrew Wilson said: "More than a year has passed since Bob was reported missing and we remain extremely concerned for him.
"Bob was known to walk a route along the River Deveron and extensive land and water searches were carried out with no trace of him. All other enquiries have also not found any trace of him.
"I would ask anyone who may have seen Bob or who has any information on where he may have gone to contact us as soon as possible."
Anyone with information is asked to call officers, quoting incident number 1990 of October 23, 2023.
