Police Respond to Small Plane Crash in Hudson River

A small plane crashed into the Hudson River near the 79th Street boat basin off Manhattan on Friday, May 27. The Federal Aviation Administration received reports that a World War II P-47 Thunderbolt aircraft went down two miles south of the George Washington Bridge.
