Police swarm Dagenham street as man rushed to hospital
Dagenham residents were left worried and confused after at least five police cars were seen on Rainham Road South. Earlier this morning (January 15), Metropolitan Police were called to an address on the street.
The incident occurred at about 8.25am this morning. At the scene, Police found an unconscious man in his 30s.
The London Ambulance Service also attended the scene, and treated the man before he was transported to hospital. The police are now enquiring into the circumstances of the incident.

A spokesperson from Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called on Wednesday, January 15 at 08:25am to an address on Rainham Road South, Dagenham where they found an unconscious man in his 30s. The London Ambulance Service attended and treated the man at the scene before he was taken to hospital. We await an update on his condition. Enquires into the circumstances are ongoing."
