The crash is the second that police have been called to today that has involved a vehicle with "manageable defects". The Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team said in their post on X that vehicles need a "good handbrake" while navigating hills across the county.
They reminded people that Cornwall has "a lot of hills and you need a good handbrake". The force added: "Second vehicle today that has had to be recovered due to manageable defects, resulting in collisions."
