Police warn 'do not approach' in appeal for wanted man with Warwickshire links

Police have released an image of a wanted man but have warned locals not to approach him. Warwickshire Police has launched a manhunt for Luke Egginton.

This includes a pubic appeal in which they have shared an image of the 34-year-old from Redditch. Officers say he is wanted for questioning in relation to an incident of false imprisonment and assault resulting in actual bodily harm.

No further details or the location of the incident have been revealed. But officers have said Egginton is 6ft 3in tall and has a slim build.

"He has links to Redditch, Solihull, Birmingham, and Stratford-upon-Avon," said a Warwickshire Police spokesperson, who added: " If you see Egginton, do not approach him and call 999.

"If you know where Egginton is or can help us locate him, please contact us." Details can be passed on by calling 101 or through the reporting section of the police website here
