Pomeroy Roads Under Water After Ohio River Floods

The Ohio River burst from its banks on Sunday, February 18, causing the town of Pomeroy, Ohio, to flood. The area was under a flood warning, which stated the river was at 49.8 feet – nearly four feet above the normal flood stage – at 2 pm Sunday.
