‘Poppies to Paddington’: Wreaths Sent by Train for Remembrance Day Service in London

Poppy wreaths were transported on trains to London’s Paddington Station to mark Remembrance Day, November 11, with many of the usual events suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Great Western Railway said nine trains would carry wreaths to London from more than 60 stations.

Video shows the ceremony as wreaths were placed on a train leaving Swansea.
