Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to market the Landmark Oriental restaurant and bar, saying the well-established contemporary restaurant, which has space for 150 diners, should prove to be a popular draw for a new owner.
Marslie McGregor, business agent at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, said: “Landmark is a renowned eatery in Newcastle with a very loyal client base. The business offers the opportunity for an experienced operator to take on a going concern with an excellent reputation, but with scope to increase turnover and profit margins.”
