Popular ITV game show 'to be axed' after seven series on air
ITV is reportedly planning to axe a popular daytime game show. Viewers are set to be disappointed after reports the hit contest will not be returning to television screens.
Tenable has been on air for seven series but it is understood it will not be making a comeback. It gave contestants the chance to win up to £125,000 if they were able to work together.
The contest saw a team of five people compete by filling in different category lists of 10 items. Each hopeful took turns to guess the correct answers.

Filming for the show has not taken place for two years, Mirror reports. It is understood there are no plans to film any further episodes.
It is believed that ITV has held back episodes to air in the coming weeks. There have also reportedly not been any recent appeals for new contestants issued by the production company.
Host Warwick Davis was replaced by Sally Lindsay a year before the latest filming ended. He said at the time that his absence was because he had been working on a secret project.
He was previously cast as an Ewok extra in Star Wars before filling in to play Wicket after Kenny Baker fell ill. Davis also starred as Professor Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter films between 2001 and 2011.
The actor also starred as goblin Griphook in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. Earlier this year, his wife Samantha died at the age of 53.
He said at the time: "Her passing has left a huge hole in our lives as a family. I miss her hugs. She was a unique character, always seeing the sunny side of life she had a wicked sense of humour and always laughed at my bad jokes."
Davis described his late wife as his 'most trusted confidant and an ardent supporter of everything' he did in his career. Their children Harrison and Annabelle also paid tribute, saying their late mother's 'love and happiness carried us through our whole lives'.
