This portable charger is a must-have for any iPhone owners with battery-life problems

Few things are more frustrating than your smartphone running out of battery at an inopportune time.
Recently, however, the need to keep a portable charger on me at all times has become even more essential, as my iPhone is one of the many that has been dying with around 30% battery remaining.
While some have been able to participate in exchanges, the deal did not cover many of the users affected, myself included.
If you have been affected by this struggle, know that I feel your pain, and if you are an avid iPhone user that has escaped the scourge of this plague, I cannot begin to describe to you the frustration it inspires.
My iPhone will sometimes still drop all the way down to 1% before going dark, but in recent weeks, it has died with as much as 55% battery remaining. Sometimes my battery drops 10% or so after sending a single text or tweet.
Representing the peak of these struggles was a recent trip back to the city. A friend was dropping me off at a train station I was unfamiliar with and I was using my phone to navigate our way there. After leaving the house with almost a full charge, my phone dropped all the way down to 39% over the course of a 50-minute drive and died just as we pulled up to the station, leaving me without music or reading materials for my upcoming train ride. I had to buy a magazine at a stand for £8 like a madman. It was horrifying.
I have come to bring my Anker PowerCore Slim with me wherever I go, and while still a bit frustrating, my problems have mostly been solved. Slim enough to fit in my pocket with my iPhone, it is hardly burdensome compared to some of its bulkier counterparts, and can hold up to two full charges at a time.
I am due for an upgrade in just a few months, at which point I will be extremely tempted to switch over to a new non-Apple device, but until then, Anker is doing a great job of ensuring my phone stays alive all day. If you’re in a similar position, I cannot recommend the PowerCore Slim enough.
