Potters Arf 2024 results in full with every runner's time and finishing position
The results are in from the Potters Arf are in. Lloyd Biddell registered a time of 01:10:30 to cross the line first in the 13.1-mile race around the streets of Stoke-on-Trent.
Meanwhile, City of Stoke Athletic Club's Emma Taylor was the quickest woman, finishing in 01:20:34 - seven minutes ahead of her nearest competitor - to come 12th overall.
The race - sponsored by Hanley Economic - has a reputation as one of the most gruelling over the distance in the country with the notorious Heartbreak Hill stretch. For this year, the start was moved from the traditional spot under the bridge over Potteries Way and moved it to Tontine Street, in Hanley. To make up the mileage shortfall, 'scenic' Central Forest Park was added at the end.
