Power Line Burns After 'Historic' Wind Storm in Kentucky
Over 500,000 people were without power in Kentucky on Friday, March 3, after a ’"historic and powerful storm" swept across the state, the National Weather Service said.
This footage was posted on Friday by Twitter user @KentuckyHouse, who said it shows electrical arcing after trees fell down and damaged power lines near Lexington’s Bryan Station neighborhood.
Kentucky Power said on Friday that crews were responding after electrical poles and power lines were damaged by wind.
