Power Outage Hits New Orleans Following Hurricane Zeta

Almost 300,000 people were reportedly left without power in southeast Louisiana on October 28, after Hurricane Zeta made landfall in Cocodrie, Louisiana as a Category 2 storm.

Footage uploaded by James Arey to Instagram of the black out in New Orleans shows a darkened street. “It has been a long time since I have seen the entirety of St. Charles Avenue without power,” says an onlooker.
