Yahoo NewsPowerful Tornado Sweeps Through Wind Farms in North Texas
A powerful tornado touched down near a collection of wind farms south of Crowell, Texas, on May 4, as severe storms swept from the north of the state into Oklahoma.
The National Weather Service warned those in the path of the storm to immediately take precautions as the tornado moved through Foard County. The service later warned of life-threatening conditions as a “large and dangerous” tornado was seen near Lockett.
