Precipitation Continues in Snow-Battered Tahoe

Light snow continued to fall around Lake Tahoe on Thursday, March 23, in one of the snowiest winter seasons the region has ever seen.

The UC Berkeley Central Sierra Snow Laboratory, located near Lake Tahoe, recorded 677 inches (56 feet) of snow this season, making it the snowiest one since 1952.
