Primary School Shut After Firearms Incident
A school has been shut after police were called to a "domestic situation" involving firearms at a nearby house in Cornwall.
Police were called to a property near Trenode Church of England Primary School in Looe at 9.30pm last night.
Their operation continues this morning, prompting the headteacher, in consultation with officers, to close the school.
A police spokesman said it was a "domestic situation" and it is understood one of the occupants has access to firearms.
A 60-year-old man is being hunted.
