Possibly the youngest fashion icons in the world, four-year-old Prince George and three-year-old Princess Charlotte have enchanted us with their adorable style ever since they left the Lindo Wing.

Plus, now with the addition of a new baby brother, the three tots are sure to be an unstoppable fashion force.

The children of Kate Middleton and Prince William were always destined to be style symbols. After all, the 'Kate Effect' has influenced the nation's spending habits for years, with the Duchess's outfits frequently proving an instant sell out.

And toddler Princess Charlotte is already following in her mums footsteps, with anything she wears immediately becoming a sought-after item.

On April 23, she stole the show as she entered the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital to meet her new baby brother. It not being just her adorable wave that caught people's attention, but also her blue floral dress.

Social media quickly discovered that the young princess's stylish dress had been made by London-based brand, Little Alice London. A label ran by The Duchess of Cambridge's Marlborough College school friends, Alice Avenel.

Subsequently, the £40 smock dress, and every single other dress style on the site sold out.

Thankfully, for the sake of our purse strings, the Duke and Duchess have forgone designer kidswear and instead chosen to dress their two tots in independent brands and affordable high-street ranges, from John Lewis to JoJo Maman Bebe and Cath Kidston.

In January, Princess Charlotte started her first day at Willcocks Nursery School sporting an adorable pony printed backpack by Cath Kidston - which cost a bargain £12.

The cute backpack was coupled with a striking burgundy coat by Amaia and perfectly matching accessories.

Furthermore, the tots are just as good at recycling their wardrobes as their parents.

Late last year the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge revealed their official Christmas card photo, which sees the family coordinate in blue ensembles.

Prince George is seen in a smart blue and white striped shirt by Amaikids, which he first debuted on his fourth birthday.

Meanwhile, the adorable Princess Charlotte dons a printed blue paisley dress that she first wore on the family’s royal tour of Germany.

Although Prince George and Princess Charlotte may be royally good at repeating outfits, that doesn't mean that they don't often provide us with many a memorable style moment - from Princess Charlotte's chic flower girl look at Pippa Middleton and James Matthews' wedding to Prince George infamously meeting the Obamas in his dressing gown.

Take a look back at how George and Charlotte have won over our hearts, one outfit at a time, plus where you can get your hands on the royal-approved outfits.
