Since moving to America earlier this year, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have been busy making plans for their new life away from the royal family. They've decided to step back from their senior roles, have paid in full the money used to renovate their UK base, Frogmore Cottage, and now hope to have more privacy.

As for their careers going forward, it sounds as though the couple will very much continue on with their humanitarian efforts by producing thought-provoking programmes with Netflix (they just signed a *pretty huge* deal with the streaming service), as well as delivering speeches at relevant events. Oh, and of course speaking out about causes they're passionate about. So all in all, there's still lots going on!

We've already seen some of their plans come to fruition, with Meghan recently appearing on camera in conversation with esteemed feminist writer, Gloria Steinem, and now, The Sussexes are set to take part in another on-screen event. Due to the ongoing pandemic, TIME magazine's annual list of the 100 Most Influential People – usually celebrated with an in-person event – is being announced through a new TV show. And yep, the publication have confirmed in a new trailer that Meghan and Harry will be involved with the project, alongside a whole host of other famous faces.

Tweeting about the event, TIME's editor, Edward Felsenthal, said, "Excited to release the 2020 #Time100 with a primetime special on ABC featuring ⁦⁦@Trevornoah, @kumailn,⁩ Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, @johnlegend [and] performances by ⁦@halsey, @theweeknd⁩ and @IAMJHUD⁩!"

Also appearing on the upcoming special (which airs in the US on 22 September) will be singer John Legend, comedian Trevor Noah, Killing Eve star, Sandra Oh, and actor Kumail Nanjiani. Halsey, The Weeknd and Jennifer Hudson are also slated to perform during the primetime screening.

Currently, the majority of details about the programme are still under wraps – meaning we've no idea if Meghan and Harry will be interviewed as part of their making this list, or whether they'll be providing an on-screen pre-recorded statement about their work. Watch this space...

Recently, it's believed Harry celebrated his 36th birthday by dialling in and catching up with his family back home in the UK, including his brother Prince William, and father, Prince Charles. We wonder if they'll be tuning in to watch the show?
