Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will spend Christmas morning apart

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will have their first Christmas as a married couple, but the royals will most probably not be together early on Christmas morning.

According to the Daily Mail, former royal chef Darren McGrady, the royal family likes to stick to tradition during the holidays, and early Christmas morning, the ladies of the family and the gentleman split up, and it's all because of food.

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton will enjoy a light Christmas breakfast delivered to their rooms, including sliced fruit, half a grapefruit, toast and coffee and the Queen's tray is delivered at exactly 9am according to McGrady.

As for the men, they will partake in a hearty breakfast in the dining room, including eggs, bacon and mushrooms, kippers and grilled kidneys, to set them up for the 11am church service at St Mary Magdalene.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will then attend Christmas church service along with the rest of the family and they will all enjoy christmas lunch served at 1pm sharp.
