Prince William given new nickname by Royal fans after wearing military uniform
Royal devotees were stunned on Tuesday (November 26) as Prince William cut a dashing figure in military attire during his latest engagement. The Prince of Wales graced the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards at Salisbury Plain for a solo appearance earlier today.
With the Welsh Guards shifting from ceremonial roles to Field Army operations and engaging in intense live fire training, his visit was particularly timely. The prince, who serves as colonel of the regiment, embraced the experience by firing a .338 sniper rifle and a 7.62 GPMG, reports the Express.
The 42-year-old prince also took the opportunity to observe firsthand how the Welsh Guards manage their transition and the importance of understanding diverse weapon systems for ensuring safety and skillfulness. However, it was William's outfit that got many talking.

Images from Prince William's excursion were swiftly shared online, with several now dubbing him "His Royal Hotness". Across social platforms, fervent comments emerged with one individual remarking: "Prince William is in the hottest era of his life."
A second said: "Well I didn't realise how much I needed to see this today. He looks gorgeous." A third said: "Prince William looks so good in uniform."
William's visit comes days before he and Princess Kate are due to cordially receive The Amir and Sheikha of Qatar in London, an event hosted on behalf of King Charles. The Amir and Sheikha Jawaher will then journey to Horse Guards Parade, where they will be greeted with a Ceremonial Welcome before the King and Queen formally welcome them at the Royal Pavilion.
