Prince William reportedly stuck to his guns with a five-word response as a student asked him a cheeky question last week.

The Royals with Roya and Kate podcast discussed the conversation. The hosts joked that even if William had made mistakes on his test, it likely wouldn't have mattered.

Royal expert Kate Mansey said: "I just stood there and thought, even if you had driven in a slightly dodgy way, clipped a curb, slightly botched your parallel parking William, I reckon you would have still passed."

She joked as she added that she'd find it unlikely that any driving instructor would failed a member of the Royal Family: "Which driving instructor would have been brave enough to go 'Your Royal Highness, you failed'."
