Prolific shoplifter banned from Aldi, Home Bargains, Co-Op, Iceland, New Look, The Range, B&M Bargains, Curry’s and Tesco
A woman has been banned from entering nine different stores after being given a criminal behaviour order.
Barrow Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against a woman from Barrow. The order was secured at Barrow Magistrates Court on 26 November against Maigan Print, aged 35.
In September Print was convicted of four counts of theft after she stole items worth £42.24 from Iceland at Hindpool Retail Park the month before. She also stole two bottles of gin from Home Bargains.

Conditions of Maigan’s CBO, which is in place for two years, include conditions not to enter:
- Any Aldi stores in Barrow
- Any Home Bargains stores in Barrow
- Any Co-Op in Barrow
- Iceland in Barrow
- New Look in Barrow
- The Range in Barrow
- B&M Bargains on Dalton Road, in Barrow
- Curry’s in Barrow
- Tesco on Rawlinson Street, Barrow
There is also a condition prohibiting Print from concealing any item for sale on her person in any bag prior to payment being made at any retail premises.
Police Sergeant Paul Homes, Barrow Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “The behaviour demonstrated by Print will not be tolerated and we hope by securing this Criminal Behaviour Order it will provide the local community with some reassurance.
“The order will prevent Print from further criminality and help protect business owners and local residents.
“This is a great outcome for the team and I would encourage anyone who witnesses Maigan Print breaching terms of the order to contact police.”
Breaches of the conditions of a CBO can lead to an arrest and punishment can be up to five years in prison. Anyone with any information regarding breaches can contact police via 101 (always call 999 in an emergency).
