Protesters Cross Manhattan Bridge Following Derek Chauvin Conviction

Protesters marched across the Manhattan Bridge, in New York City, following the guilty verdict of Derek Chauvin over the death of George Floyd, on April 20.

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter on Tuesday afternoon at the Hennepin County Government Center.

The New York City Police Department said the Manhattan Bridge was closed at certain points on Tuesday night due to demonstrations.
