Protesters Gather in Milan in Support of Bill Outlawing Hate Crimes

Throngs of protesters crowded around the Arco della Pace in Milan, Italy, on October 28 to protest the rejection of the Zan bill, which would have outlawed hate crimes against LGBT people, women, and disabled people.

Journalist Luigi Mastrodonato filmed the rally, which was attended by “thousands” of supporters of the legislation, according to Wanted in Rome.
