Anti-racism protesters marched onto an interstate highway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, after a decision was made on October 7 not to charge a police officer involved in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old.
Alvin Cole was shot dead by police after producing a handgun while fleeing police after an argument at a mall, according to reports.
A crowd gathered outside the Milwaukee County Safety Building to hear the outcome of district attorney’s decision. Following the announcement, some of the crowd marched to the I-94, blocking traffic during rush hour.
