Protesters March in Southern Myanmar Under Shadow of Historic Pagoda

Demonstrators continued taking to the streets in Myanmar on February 17 to protest the recent military takeover.

The trial of ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi started on Tuesday. She faces a new charge under the country’s natural disaster management law, local media reported.
