Protesters tear through D.C. after National Guard troops and Secret Service keep them from the White House

Downtown Washington, D.C., was filled with flames and broken glass in the early hours of Sunday morning as large groups of protesters moved through the city for the second straight night.

- It looks like people are taking down the street sign. You can see it shaking in the background over there. I just keep hearing these loud bangs and pops. I'm not super clear what that is. Oop, we've got glass breaking at the window over here. That's what's going on. I'm going to stay back from that. But, yeah, people are clearly-- people are clearly--

- Somebody's gonna get hit with a rock.

- Yeah, people are clearly throwing rocks at this building over here. I've heard glass breaking.
