Pub glassing leaves man seriously injured in Coventry
Police have issued CCTV of two people they want to find after a man was attacked in Coventry. It happened at a pub on North Street in Stoke.
Officers investigating the incident said a man had a glass thrown at his head at around 10.30pm on Saturday, August 3. He sustained a serious head injury which required stitches, West Midlands Police said.
Today, they released CCTV stills of two men they are hoping to find. Detectives also appealed to people who were there that evening as they continue to piece together what happened.

Witnesses have been urged to get in touch with West Midlands Police by calling 101. Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers.
In a statement issued today (November 26), West Midlands Police said: “Recognise these men? We are looking to speak to them after a serious assault in Coventry.
“Shortly after 10.30pm on August 3, a man had a glass thrown at his head while at a pub in North Street. It caused him a head injury.
“We are looking for any information about what happened that night, as well as anyone who might know the identities of the two men pictured. If you remember anything, contact us via 101 or Live Chat quoting crime number 20/636361/24.”
