Pusha T admits Kanye West was not the person who told him about Drake's son

Pusha T has claimed Drake's producer Noah “40” Shebib was the person who revealed to him that the rapper has a child.

The two stars have feuded for years, with things coming to a head earlier this year when Pusha T released the track "The Story of Adidon" on which he brought to light that Drake had a secret child.

Drake recently claimed that Kanye West was the most likely candidate to have revealed the sensitive information to Pusha T, something that has since been refuted.

“The information came from 40. It didn’t come from Kanye at all," Pusha said during an appearance on The Joe Budden Podcast.

"40 is sleeping with a woman... He talks to her daily. Five, six hours a day... and ultimately speaks about how he's disgruntled about certain things: notoriety and things involving Drake, and his career, and so on and so forth.

"With that also came the fact that Drake has a child. With that also came the trip that everybody took to go see the child and bring him gifts, and all of this information. She divulged this information.”

Pusha also addressed some of the other controversial lyrics that featured on "The Story of Adidon", including the lines about 40, who suffers from multiple sclerosis (MS).

Asked whether he "wished death" on the producer, Pusha responded: “I never did. I was just acknowledging an ailment.”

Drake had previously criticised the lyrics, saying in an interview: "Wishing death upon my friend who has MS… I study rap battles for a living. When you mention defenceless people who are sick in the hospital, who have passed away, I just believe that there’s a price you have to pay for that. It’s over! Someone’s gonna f**king punch you in the f**king face. The s**t’s done, the event’s over. I wanted to do other things. I didn’t want to further your career by rapping back to you and having this exchange.”
