Chelsea can book their place in the Champions League knockout stages with a victory over Qarabag in Azerbaijan tonight.

The Azerbaijan outfit were thrashed 6-0 when these two teams met in September but hold their own very faint hopes of a last-16 place after holding Atletico Madrid to back-to-back draws.

A draw could yet prove enough for Antonio Conte’s side, however, should Atletico fail to beat Roma this evening.
