Quad bike seized by cops as driver reported
A QUAD bike driver has been charged with road traffic offences.
Motherwell cops stopped the driver after the vehicle was reportedly being driven illegally.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Officers have warned that driving within the law is essential.

Motherwell Police said on Twitter: "Darker nights and increasingly tricky road conditions mean driving within the law is essential.
"Wishaw officers seized the quad bike after it was driven illegally. The driver was charged with road traffic offences and will be reported to the procurator fiscal."
