Queen Elizabeth reportedly counts Kate Middleton as one of her favorite members of the Royal Family.

The Queen is also reportedly a big fan of Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, because of how approachable she seems.

Royal sources told Vanity Fair that Queen Elizabeth "admires how [Kate] juggles her royal role with a busy family."

Apparently, Queen Elizabeth also believes Kate is "unflappable" which makes the royals seem "almost normal and in touch" - the ultimate seal of approval from her grandmother-in-law.

The Duchess of Cambridge leads a low-key lifestyle when she's not on official duties. She was recently spotted shopping for Halloween costumes with her kids at a supermarket in Norfolk and hanging out with fellow school parents at the Hollywood Arms pub.

She also drives Prince George and Princess Charlotte to school in Battersea, just like a regular mom carpooling.

The Duchess made fashion waves with her recent royal tour of Pakistan, where she was applauded for her culturally appropriate and accessible clothing choices.

The Duchess has always had a knack for blending high and low brands, recently picking a Zara headband that's under $20.

It appears Kate had a strong 2019 - and if the sources are correct, she's in the very good graces of ER.
