The Queen and Princess Anne attended a Westminster Abbey service marking the centenary of the Royal British Legion. The Queen, who is the Royal British Legion's patron, used a walking stick and did not arrive by the traditional great west door but via the poet's yard entrance, a shorter route to her seat.
