Following Karamo's bold statement, fans of the Netflix show might be wondering what makes this series so great.

Well, he had an interesting explanation.

"A year ago when this came out, we were still strangers," Karamo elaborated. "We loved each other, we had a great chemistry, but now we are into it. We know each other. We know when Jonathan is about to go in for a, 'Yes, queen!' and is going to give us a funny joke and they also know when I'm about to go in for a deep moment and have some tears coming."

Meanwhile, the Queer Eye star has previously opened up about his drug addiction and how his son saved his life.

"My family said, 'Hey, let's get you on a plane after the weekend,' and I went on a bender. (My sister) said, 'You have a child who is potentially going to need you; you have to get your s**t together'," he explained.

"I stayed in her house under her supervision. I was just so scared that my life was always going to be dark, I just was scared that I'm going to create another bad situation in my life, but this time it was going to involve an innocent child."

Queer Eye is available to stream via Netflix.
