Quneitra Rebels Evacuate by Bus Following Russian-Brokered Deal

Dozens of buses were transporting rebels in the southern Syrian province of Quneitra to the country’s northern Idlib province on July 21 as part of an evacuation deal brokered by Russian officers, according to state media and Reuters.

This footage, shared by a pro-Syrian regime media group, shows a convoy of buses leaving the the Quneitra town of Um Batna.

The same day, the pro-regime forces were continuing to advance towards the border with Israel, carrying out multiple airstrikes against Islamic State positions in the Golan Heights, according to pro-regime media and the Jerusalem Post. Credit: War Media via Storyful
