A funnel cloud was spotted ripping across a highway in Lake Arthur, Louisiana, on Tuesday, November 5, amid tornado warnings in the region.

Guy Rogers captured this video while he was driving to work. The video shows a funnel cloud crossing Louisiana Highway 14, accompanied by a faint rainbow.
