Rainwater Rushes Through Ohio Park Amid Flash Flooding

Heavy rain caused flash flooding across Ohio on Tuesday, August 17, footage shows.

Video shared on Twitter by Brian McGuire shows flooding in Huber Park in Reynoldsburg, east of Columbus, on Tuesday afternoon.
