Rangers and Celtic's festive fixtures reshuffled as SPFL confirms new TV schedule
The SPFL have unveiled the latest TV picks, causing a reshuffle of the festive fixture list.
Both Celtic and Rangers will experience numerous changes in October. Sky Sports has moved the Light Blues' trip to Kilmarnock on October 20 to a 12noon kick-off while the Hoops will follow the first Edinburgh derby of the season at Easter Road will kick off at 12 noon on October 27 with their visit to Motherwell shifted to 3pm.
Premier Sports will also show the clash between Aberdeen and Dundee United at Pittodrie on Saturday, October 26 with kick-off set for 5.45pm.
The festive fixture card has also been disclosed, with Philippe Clement's side featuring in two of the TV picks. Premier Sports will air St Mirren vs Rangers on Boxing Day at 5.45pm and Dundee United v Aberdeen on Sunday, December 29 at 5.15pm.
Motherwell vs Rangers will be shown on Sky Sports on the same day with a 3pm kick-off, reports the Daily Record.
