Reading Festival 2024 lineup and set times for every stage and act including Lana Del Rey, Fred Again, Liam Gallagher and Blink 182
The 2024 edition of Reading Festival has finally arrived after a summer jam-packed full of music and unpredictable British weather. With gates opening on Wednesday, August 21, thousands will be travelling across the country to the Berkshire-based festival.
The event returns to its usual location at Little John's Farm off Richfield Avenue in central Reading. The festival site is next to the Caversham Bridge over the River Thames and close to Reading train station.
Those with Weekend and Early Entry tickets will be able to access the campsites from 6pm on Wednesday, August 21, while those with standard Weekend ticketholders will be able to arrive from 8am on Thursday, August 22 ready for some early performances that evening. The festival arena opens from 11am on Friday, August 23 when the main music programme begins.
So if you’re in the midst of packing your camping gear and festival essentials to get ready for the weekend, this is everything you need to know about Reading’s headliners, set times, and the all-important clashes of the festival.
Reading Festival headliners
This year’s Reading Festival headliners include Blink-182, Fred Again, Lana Del Rey, Liam Gallagher, Catfish and The Bottlemen, and Gerry Cinnamon. There are two co-headliners each night, split across the Main Stage and the Chevron Stage. But that’s not all - there are eight stages and tents in total with a little bit of something for everyone.
Blink-182 and Gerry Cinnamon will be performing at Reading on Friday, August 23; Fred Again and Lana Del Rey on Saturday, August 24; and Catfish and The Bottlemen and Liam Gallagher will close the festival on Sunday, August 25.

Clashes
One of the worst parts of festivals is knowing that the artists you’re desperate to see will be playing on different stages but at the same time. If you’re organised and have planned which acts you’ll want to see ahead of time, you’ve probably already saved the performances in the Reading & Leeds app.
However, if the app isn’t working for you, you can also visit Clashfinder to work out which of the biggest names you may be later for, or will have to forfeit seeing altogether. For the biggest clashes of the weekend, Russ, also known as @itisruss your festival friend, gave a rundown back in June.
In a TikTok video, he explained that with Blink-182 being the main headliner on Friday night, they will be clashing with The Prodigy, Jorja Smith, and Neck Deep. On Saturday, Fred Again… will be taking to the main stage last, meaning his set will clash with Sonny Fodera, The Wombats, and Viagra Boys.
And when it comes to Sunday, Liam Gallagher’s closing set will clash with Skrillex, BEABADOOBEE, and Japanese House.
