Real Housewives' Jen Shah Sentenced in New York Federal Court

A federal judge sentenced Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Jennifer Shah to 78 months in prison on January 6, after the Bravo star pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Judge Sidney Stein sentenced Shah to 6.5 years for her involvement in a years-long telemarketing scheme that defrauded elderly people out of thousands of dollars.

The government had requested 10 years in prison, while Shah’s defense asked for a three-year sentence. Shah will have to surrender to authorities on February 17.
