Real Madrid fans gather outside city centre hotel to catch a glimpse of squad
Football fans have gathered in Liverpool city centre to get a glimpse of the Real Madrid squad ahead of their game against Liverpool FC tonight. Footage captured by the ECHO and posted on TikTok shows two coaches bearing the Real Madrid name parked outside the INNSiDE hotel on Old Hall Street.
Liverpool FC are set to play against the team tonight as they look to maintain their winning start in the Champions League. The players are believed to be staying at the hotel, which sits on Old Hall Street near Moorfields station.
The ECHO previously reported how two goals from Mohamed Salah saw Liverpool come from behind to beat Southampton 3-2 in their last outing, with the result putting Arne Slot's side eight points clear at the top of the Premier League.

Real Madrid are set to present a huge challenge for the Reds this evening, and the upcoming game has caused a stir on social media from fans. Those who saw the bus on Old Hall Street this morning took to socials to express excitement.
Jaz on Instagram said: "They've come early!" as Anna added: "I seen them last night on Everton road ! heading towards town [sic]". Keiran said: "Well they are playing against Liverpool tonight." Carol said: "Good look Liverpool" with a thumbs up emoji.
In the video, the buses can be seen parked outside the hotel, where the team are believed to be staying. People on the street were stopping to take pictures of the giant buses from their cars and on the pavement..
